Dear Amy,
 
My family and I would highly recommend Visiting Angels to anyone seeking quality companionship and high standards in care for a parent.  It's been 5 years now that my mother has received care from a Visiting Angels caregiver.  In fact, her first caregiver was with us for 4 years, after which she retired.  We consider ourselves very lucky that we had Pat so long, and know this is not the "norm" in care giving.  We credit Visiting Angels for providing a good work environment for Pat...and Mom was the true beneficiary!     
 
One thing we've noticed about Amy and her staff is that they believe in making the customer happy.  Whether it's working thru a weekend to replace an assigned caregiver with a temporary one, or helping us find someone for a special occasion, they not only meet the need, but they are easy to get a hold of.  Even if you leave a message, they get back to you quickly. And this is critical when a parent is expecting someone to come.  We are happy with Visiting Angels and look forward to working with them in the future.
